As a Sweet Butterfly Boutique customer, you can add the option to return any item at checkout, for a low cost. If you should request a refund, you will receive said refund within approximately two days of return approval.
Without purchasing the option above, Sweet Butterfly Boutique does not offer any refunds, especially not on custom orders.

Sweet Butterfly Boutique has partnered with a third-party provider, to offer our customers guaranteed delivery, if requested. As a Sweet Butterfly Boutique customer, you can opt-in to this at checkout, for a low cost. If your order is delayed, damaged or lost, you will be reimbursed, if necessary.
Without purchasing the option above, Sweet Butterfly Boutique does not offer any guarantee or refunds on shipping.
If your package is lost or stolen after it is shipped, then Sweet Butterfly Boutique will attempt to help locate said package, but, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, especially once a tracking number has been issued and the package has been shipped from our local USPS location.
Damaged and/or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Once evaluated, we will reach out to you with further instructions.
